Using videos in support, you can make your conversations with your customers more engaging and improve customer satisfaction by resolving their queries faster.
To send a solution video:
Login to Zendesk with your existing credentials.
In the Dashboard, click on the relevant ticket.
You will notice the Hippo Video widget on the right side of your screen.
To record a new video:
Click on Record an Explainer Video from the right side of the screen, which directs you to your Hippo Video account.
Click on Record.
Once you’re done, click on Stop Recording.
You can either copy and paste the video link in the reply box or navigate to the Zendesk and select the video from the Hippo Video library.
Press Enter. Now, your video reply will be sent to the selected contact.
To send an existing video:
Click on the Hippo Video icon at the bottom of the reply box.
You will notice the Hippo Video Library pop-up.
Now, click on the Add to Reply link near the appropriate video. You will notice the video thumbnail pasted inside the reply box.
Press Enter. Your reply will be sent to the selected customer.
To get a customer testimonial:
Click on the Get Customer Testimonial button from the right side of the screen.
You will notice the link pasted to record a customer testimonial inside the reply box.
Press Enter. Your request for their testimonial link will be sent to the selected customer.
To ask a customer to reply with video:
Click on the Ask Customer to Reply with Video button from the right side of the screen.
You will notice the link pasted to record customer issues inside the reply box.
Press Enter. Your request for their issue to record the link will be sent to the selected customer.
