To track video and sales page analytics and activities, follow the steps given below:

  1. Login to the Hippo Video account.

  2. Click on Sales icon from the left navbar and then click on Dashboard.
    Note: You will be able to see the snapshot of the overall reports only if the video is shared at least once. 

  1. Use the date range buttons, to view the reports for a given time period i.e. Last 7 daysLast 30 days, and Last 90 days (at the top right corner).

  1. Sales Signals: A timeline report on the recent activities performed by the prospects. This report will only show the activities of the current user’s prospects.

  1. Overall Video Statistics: Depicts a quick overview of how your videos have performed this includes, guest videos, testimonials, and video replies.

  1. Videos Created - Total number of videos created.

  2. Unique Viewers - The number of unique viewers who had viewed the video.

  3. Attention Span - The average percentage of all the videos watched.

  4. Video Engagement Rate - Shows the video engagement rate which includes no of times the video was watched, CTA clicked, video reply and In-video CTA clicked.

  5. My Top 10 Prospecting Videos - Lists the top 10 prospecting videos with details such as,
    Video name - The name of the video.
    Created by - The name of the video creator. In case, if the name is not available then the email id will be shown.
    Total plays - Total number of times the videos played.
    Unique viewers - The number of unique viewers who had played the video.
    Attention span - The average percentage of all the videos watched.

  1. Top Performing Medium:  Depicts what type of medium is found most successful for engaging with your prospects.

  1. Overall Sales Page Statistics: Depicts a quick overview of how your sales pages are performing based on Average Page time, Engagement rate, and Page Loads.

  1. Sales Page Created - Total number of sales pages created.

  2. Total Page Loads - Total number of times the page is opened.

  3. Engagement Rate - Shows the sales page engagement rate which includes no of times the video was watched, CTA clicked, video reply, and In-video CTA clicked.

  4. Average Page Time (Minutes) - The average amount of time spent on the sales page.

  5. Video Attention Span - The average percentage of all the videos watched.

  6. My Top 10 Prospecting Pages - Lists the top 10 prospecting pages with details like,
    Sales Page Name - The sales page name.
    Created by - The sales page creator name.
    Page Loads - The number of times the page was opened.
    Engagement rate - Shows the sales page engagement rate which includes no of times the video was watched, CTA clicked, video reply and In-video CTA clicked.
    Bounce rate - Rate of unique users who landed on the sales page and left without any interaction.

  1. Most Engaging Script: Depicts which video script is garnering maximum engagement. 

  1. Name - The script name.

  2. Created By - The script creator name.

  3. Videos Created - Total number of videos created.

  4. Attention Span - The average percentage of all the script watched.

  1. Top Sales Reps: Depicts a quick overview of the top-performing sales reps.

  1. Unique viewers - The number of unique viewers who had played the video.

  1. Active Prospects: Depicts a list of active prospects who have engaged with videos, such as visiting a page or clicking on a link.

  1. Name of the Prospect - The prospect name.

  2. Owner’s Name - The owner’s name.

  3. Unique Video Plays - The number of unique videos has played.

  4. Avg. Attention Span - The average percentage of all the active prospects. 

  5. Total in-video CTA Clicks - Total number of times the in-video CTAs on the sales page has been clicked

  6. Total Page CTA Clicks - Total number of times all the CTAs on the sales page have been clicked.

  7. Average Page Time - The average amount of time spent on the sales page.
