Video analytics is a great way to understand your video’s performance and viewer engagement with videos. With Hippo Video, apart from the convenience of recording and sending videos, you get access to all the video insights.  It means you can now track your videos using Hippo Video real-time analytics within your Outreach account. A comprehensive report will show your video’s detailed information in two different categories:

    1. Reports: Lets you keep track of the videos sent, videos streamed, views, last viewed date, max watch seconds, and max watch rates.

    2. Activity: Lets you to keep track of your prospect's activity across sent videos such as the videos sent, sales page view/opens, videos watched, and videos clicked; based on the percentage of the view, the emojis, and the color bars (indicates the performance of your video) are displayed accordingly. 

To track video analytics and activities:

  1. Login to Outreach and then click on Prospects from the quick navigation bar on the left and select a prospect from the list.

  2. Navigate to the Reports 
    icon available on the top right-hand corner to see how your video emails are performing.

  3. Click on the Reports tab to see the total count of your videos are sent, loads, views, last viewed date, max watch seconds, and max watch rates.

  1. Click on the Activity tab to see the activities that are made by your prospect against your sent videos.
