Are your videos not converting leads into customers? If yes, a CTA(call to action) might get your work done instantly. By adding a CTA to your video, you can captivate and drive the results that you desired from your target audience.

With Hippo Video, you can quickly boost lead generation and sales by embedding a meeting/demo link at the end of your video. In addition to that, you can always track your meeting link clicks made against your videos.

In this document, let’s see how to add a CTA or meeting link in three ways:

Adding a CTA or meeting link for a new video:

  1. Log-in to Hippo Video with your existing credentials.

  2. Click on the + Create button from the tab on top and then click on Create Prospecting Videos. To learn more about prospecting videos, click here

  3. Click on Start Recording to record a video.

  4. Once you’ve done, click on Finish Recording.

  5. Your video will now be available for playback.

  6. Click on Edit Video and then click on the respective icons to implement the changes to the video. E.g., click Trim icon, to trim out the beginning or end of the video.

  1. Click on the Show Advanced Options link below the video preview.

  1. Click on Add a link to book meetings/demo and increase prospect engagement. 

  1. Select the Meeting Link and fill in your name, designation, button name, and link to your calendar.

  2. You have an option to customize your font settings such as font case, size, style, and insert the merge field.

  3. Once you’re done, click Add.

Adding a CTA or meeting link globally:

By adding CTA globally, it will get displayed at the end of all your videos, by default.

  1. Click on Settings from the left nav bar. 

  1. Click on the Video Settings

  1. In-Video Meeting link permissions:

    1. By default, the Enable this CTA at the end of the video toggle button is on. Note: applicable for Standard Admin and Standard User.

    2. By default, the Apply to all users in the account toggle button is off. Note: applicable only for Standard Admin.

  2. Enter the name, designation, button name, and meeting link.

  3. You have an option to customize your font settings such as font case, size, style, and insert the merge field.

  4. Once you’ve done, click on the Save.

 

Adding a CTA or meeting link for your existing videos:

  1. Click on Library icon from the left navbar and then select the video for which you want to add the meeting link. 

  2. In the video preview page, click on Marketing Tools from the tab on the right and then click In-Video Meeting Link.

  1. Enter your name, designation, the text you’d like to display on the CTA button, and your meeting link in the respective fields.

  2. Once you’ve done, click on.

  3. Now, you will notice the In-Video Meeting Link added to your video.

That’s it! Your video is good to go.
