To save video replies:

  1. Login to Intercom with your existing credentials.

  2. In the left-side panel, at the bottom of the screen, click Settings.

  1. Under Settings, click Hippo Video [Dev] Data > Saved replies.

  2. Click on the top-right corner. 

  3. Click on the Untitled saved reply text and name the title of your choice.

  4. In the Untitled saved reply box, click on the orange hippo video icon.

  1. You may record a new video or choose an existing video from the library.

  2. Click Record with Screen Recording.

Note: You will notice Webcam Mic are selected by default. To capture your screen while recording the message, select Screen. Otherwise, you can leave it unchecked and proceed to the next step.

  1. Click Start Recording, to record a video.

  2. Click Finish Recording, when it is done.

  3. Enter the video title.

  4. Click on Edit Video and then on the Trim icon, to trim out the beginning or end of the video.

  1. You could also crop, add emojis or callouts, blur out parts of the screen or resize your video.

  2. On the right-side of your video, you will have an option to select the Thumbnail.

  3. Once you’re done, click Copy to Clipboard at the bottom of the window.

  4. Now, paste the video in the Text box and then, click Save and Close on the top-right corner of the screen. 

To edit your saved video replies:

  1. In the Saved replies screen, select from the listed saved replies on the left-side of the video.

  1. Click Edit on the top of the video..

  2. Click on the video and you will see an icon to remove/edit the link.

  3. Then, press the Delete key from your keyboard, to remove the video.

  4. Now, to record a new video, click on the orange hippo video icon .

  5. Follow steps given above to record your answer. 

  6. Once you are done recording, click Save on the top of the video.
