To save video replies:
Login to Intercom with your existing credentials.
In the left-side panel, at the bottom of the screen, click > Settings.
Under Settings, click Hippo Video [Dev] Data > Saved replies.
Click on the top-right corner.
Click on the Untitled saved reply text and name the title of your choice.
In the Untitled saved reply box, you’ll find the Hippo Video iconat the bottom left.
Click on the Hippo Video icon. Select the option from the pop-up.
Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.
You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share.
Once you have completed, your video is now ready to be shared.
If you wish to send out your video via a sales page, click the Sales Page tab on the top right corner to select a sales page template to embed and then, click on the Thumbnail tab on the top right corner to choose a thumbnail for the video. To learn how to set sales page and thumbnail, click here.
Once you’re done, click Copy to Clipboard at the bottom of the window.
Now, paste the video in the Text box and then, click Save on the top-right corner of the screen.
To edit your saved video replies:
In the Saved replies screen, select from the listed saved replies on the left-side of the video.
Click Edit on the top of the video.
Click on the video and you will see an icon to remove/edit the link.
Then, press the Delete key from your keyboard, to remove the video.
Now, to record a new video, click on the orange hippo video icon .
Follow the steps (7 to 11) explained in the above ‘To save video replies’ heading, to record your answer.
Once you are done recording, click Save on the top of the video.
