With our new sales page branding settings, admins have more control than ever before.
You can now customize the sales page with your company’s logo and brand colors and save that as a themed template for your team to easily use. This feature is available under branding settings and is super easy to use. You will find two types of templates,
Custom Themed Templates: All custom themed templates created from existing Hippo templates will be listed under this section.
Hippo Video Templates: Ready-to-use pre-designed templates for various categories such as Sales, Greetings, Christmas, Insurance, and Channels will be listed in this section.
Note: Currently, we don’t support custom themed templates for Christmas, Insurance, Greetings and Channel categories.
Growth and Enterprise plans
Branding - This permission is available under Standard Admin profile by default.
To enable this permission for a user without enabling Standard Admin profile, the Admin can create a custom profile under User Management > Profiles tab. To know more about profiles and permissions, click here.
What can a Standard Admin do with this new feature?
Create custom themed templates from existing Hippo templates.
Apply color themes for sales pages and share it with the team members.
Set access to the Hippo templates/Custom themed templates for individual users
Enable the permission to Manage page themes for a profile.

Where can you find the settings for Custom Themed Templates inside Hippo Video?
Click on the More icon from the left nav bar and then click on Settings tab.
By default, the General Settings tab will appear - Click on the Branding card..
Here, you can customize your company logo, player watermark, favicon, subdomain, custom domain, and player settings to mark your company branding for your videos. To learn more about branding, click here.
To manage Hippo Video templates:
Click on the Custom Themed Templates tab. By default, the Hippo Video Templates will be listed out with default categories such as Sales, Greetings, Christmas, Channels and Insurance.
The Search option lets you search for the specific template.
The Select All allows you to select all the templates.
The Green tick indicates the selection.
The Create Custom Theme button allows you to create custom themes based on your requirements.
In case, if you want to select all the templates and set access then you need to check the Select All box upon which the Set Access option will appear at the top.
Click on the Set Access option and set your preferences by choosing the options below the Visibility as Everyone in the Organization, Only to me, & Specific User and Permission as Edit or View. Based on this selection, the user will be able to edit and view the sales page.
If you want to select a specific template and set access, click on the More icon at the right bottom of the template preview and set the access.
Once done, click Save. The changes will be updated automatically.
The Preview button on the left bottom of the template thumbnail allows you to preview the selected template.
To manage custom themed templates:
Click on the Custom Themed Templates option from the left panel.
Then, click on Create Custom Templates from Hippo Video Templates link at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll be redirected to the Hippo Video Templates where you can choose your preferred template and create a new template.
Hover over the preferred template and click on the Create Custom Template button.
You’ll be redirected to the preview page of the template.
Here, you can add brand elements to the template using the following options:
Background Color - Set background color.
Font Family - Set font.
Buttons - Add buttons and set colour. You can add upto a maximum of 5 buttons.
Note: The background color and the buttons will be listed dynamically as per the template chosen.
The changes made can be seen in a preview on the right side of the screen.
Once you’re done, click Next.
You’ll be redirected to the Page Settings screen.
Enter the template title, description, visibility, and permission.
Once you’re done, click Save. You’ve created a custom template successfully.
Note: You have the option to edit, clone, and delete the custom themed templates.
Now, all set. Users will be able to create a sales page based on the access set by the admin.
Where can the sales page templates be found?
Go to Sales Pages and click on Create a New Sales Page.
You find the template below the Custom Themed Templates tab.
