Firstly, make sure you have installed the Hippo Video Chrome Extension in your browser and have logged in.
Then go to your FreshChat account and start a new conversation.
Now click on theicon available in the lower pane. From the list, you can create a video, select a recorded video from your library, or ask your customers to record a video through a link and send it back as a reply.
Using videos in support, you can make your conversations with your customers more engaging and improve customer satisfaction by resolving their queries faster.
