How to integrate Hippo Video with Zoho Desk?
Follow these simple steps to respond to your customer tickets with videos right inside your Zoho Desk account itself.
Log in to your Zoho Desk account and click on which is right next to your Profile.
Go to Marketplace All, search for ‘Hippo Video’ and click on the Install button.
To finish the installation process, you will need an Auth Token. Click on ‘Authorize app’ to generate the token.
Copy the token displayed and navigate to your previous tab and paste it in the ‘Auth Token’ field.
Then click on ‘Install’ to finish the process.
To find the installed Hippo Video app,
Go to TICKETS and select one of your support tickets.
Now, click on to find your installed apps.
With the Hippo Video’s widget, you can:
Create a video or select a previously recorded video from their library.
Ask your customers to record their issue as a video.
Request your customers for a video testimonial.
You can achieve all these within your Zoho Desk account.
