Login to your Intercom account.
Then, search for ‘Hippo Video’ app in the app store and click on the Install button to start the installation.
To continue, grant permission for Hippo Video to proceed the installation process.
Once Hippo Video is installed successfully, you can enter into a customer conversation and click ‘Add Messenger App’ icon to see the Hippo Video app.
Now, you’ll be given three options:
